This is my
story:
I was overweight most
of my life. I had excess fat in every area of my body including my
chest. In fact, I first noticed it before I even knew there was
such a thing as man boobs. I tried to get lean for many years
without any success.
Needless to say,
the shape of my chest bothered me a lot. I even avoided going to
the beach or the pool so I wouldn't have to take off my shirt in
public.
I don't want to
describe my fears before an intimate situation with a woman, but
you can probably imagine it for yourself.
Then, a few years ago,
I decided to take control of my life, to lose weight and get my
entire body (and my chest) in shape.
I began to study
nutrition and fitness. I practically made it a religion. I began
to eat better and to work out.
But I still didn't like
the results I got, and I couldn't work my chest the way I wanted.
So I decided to
research the subject of Man Boobs, to get to the bottom of why
they happen and, more importantly, how to get rid of them.
I learned a lot of new
things and applied them on myself. I succeeded in getting my body
into shape and increased my overall fitness. Now I'm over 30
pounds slimmer, with under 9% of body fat, and in excellent
physical shape (I even run track once in a while). Needless to
say, I no longer avoid taking off my shirt in public. In fact, the
pool is a local hangout for me in the summertime, and the new
attention from women is incredible.
I'm not that internet
savvy (I mean you saw how the ManBoobsHomepage website looks,
right?) but I decided I want to share my knowledge with other guys
around the world and what better way is there than to start a
website?
That's why I created
